Základní znalosti a dovednosti 

• znalost fungování algoritmů a trendů na sociálních sítích jako je Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Telegram
• zkušenosti s tvorbou a realizací strategií na sociálních sítích (analýza cílové skupiny a konkurence, strategie na zvýšení počtu sledujících, zapojení publika, podíl na vývoji reklamních kampaní a spolupráce s influecery) 
• zkušenosti s tvorbou content plánu a správný výběr obsahu k jednotlivým aktivitám ( např. slevy, svátky)
• průběžně generovat nové nápady na obsah
• zkušenosti s natáčením na telefon a tvorbu obsahu jako jsou reels nebo stories
• zkušenosti s aplikacemi na editování videí a fotek ( VN, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop a jiné) 
• komunikace se sledujícími a klienty prostřednictvím sociálních sítí, použití správného tone of voice
• schopnost poskytovat informace designérům, copywriterům a dalším souvisejícím odborníkům

Výhodou budou

• zkušenosti s rychlým a efektivním vyhledáváním externistů pro natáčení (modelové, fotografové, kameramani, případně tvůrci UGC)
• schopnost mluvit na kameru a samostatně nahrávat videa
• znalost českého a anglického jazyka
• zkušenosti v oblasti módy

Position: SMM specialist/content creator

Key knowledge and skills

• understanding of the operation of algorithms and trends of social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Telegram
• experience in the development and implementation of smm strategies (analysis of the target audience and competitors, strategy for increasing new subscribers and increasing audience engagement, participation in the development of advertising campaigns and collaborations with ifluencers)
• experience in developing a content plan with an understanding of the purposes for using this or that content and taking into account the main activities (for example, a discount period or a holiday)
• ability to generate new ideas for content on an ongoing basis
• experience in mobile filming and content creation - reels, stories
• experience in using applications for video editing and photo processing (VN, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop or others)
• communication skills with subscribes and clients through social networks, using the correct tone of voice
• the ability to think through and create enaging storytelling for a brand 
• the ability to provide technical specifications to designers, copywriters and other related specialists

Will be a plus

• expirience in quickly and effectively finding contractors for filming (models, photographers, videographers, if necessary - UGC creators)
• ability to speak on camera and independently record conversational videos
• knowledge of Czech and English languages
• experience in the fashion filed
